Sorry to keep repeating myself but our weather has been shitty all year. We are 160 days into the year and I'll bet we haven't had more than 45 days of sunshine. A blanket of gray clouds usually mixed with rain now, snow earlier. More of the same today until the sun broke through just in time for dinner. I fired up the grill using my favorite brand of hardwood charcoal and grilled some key lime soaked tilapia with fresh asparagus soaked in lemon juice and steakhouse seasoning. Very tasty and even more enjoyable eating it in the sunshine.
