In an effort to add some discipline to my easily distracted mind, I am creating this blog to practice writing and photography on a somewhat regular basis. The title comes from a story about my Irish Grandfather. When I was a baby anytime my mother would ask him if he wanted to hold me, he would say "Does he still shit in his pants?" It sounds like something I would say about a baby and it makes me laugh every time I think about it.

Lake Shore Drive sure looks different today 2/02/11 now that the blizzard hit. Lordie...brrrrrrr. I was there in 1967 when that monster storms struck while I was at work. Then I had to wait for people, cars and planes to move. First clear day I took a chance and went to Ohare and I was one of only 3 people on this big plane headed for Los Angeles...that was on 2/06/67and I'm still here. This chilly 68 degree temp works for me. Sure hope you all are ok. Marsha did not answered land or cell phone 2/01. Hope you have heat. Love, Auntie M
