In an effort to add some discipline to my easily distracted mind, I am creating this blog to practice writing and photography on a somewhat regular basis. The title comes from a story about my Irish Grandfather. When I was a baby anytime my mother would ask him if he wanted to hold me, he would say "Does he still shit in his pants?" It sounds like something I would say about a baby and it makes me laugh every time I think about it. BTW, YOU CAN CLICK ON ANY PICTURE TO SEE IT FULL SIZE.

July 9 Hockey & Verbal Abuse Night
Tonight we played a long time rival, The Krows. They played shorthanded due to a schedule conflict and we won the game easily. It has been awhile since we won by that big a margin and it added to the joking around on the ice and after the game. There is always some good natured taunting in the locker room. Vinnie had his pocket picked right in front of our goalie, which led to an easy goal. I missed a golden opportunity in the slot with a weak ass shot. But the worst ball breaking went to Matt. You really wouldn't believe the abuse he faced tonight from his own teammates. Before the game he was telling a story about the Rothbury Festival he attended in Michigan last weekend and several guys just began the onslaught. What they abused him about stays in the locker room, join the team if you really want to know. After the game it continued. Matt has played with us for about a year now. I'll give him credit for standing up and taking the shit like a man. But Matt has to learn when to just give up and be quiet. Every time he tried to explain, he just made it worse. These young guys will just have to learn at their own pace. Since I didn't get many good pictures at the rink. Here's one on my hammock at midnight with Oslo.
